Anticonvulsant Activity of Moringa Oleifera Leaf

Moringa oleifera (Moringaceae) commonly known as Sobhanjana is a graceful tree with corky grey bark and easily breakable branches. It grows at a height of 25 to 30 feet and it is widely grown in Sub-Himalayan range and commonly cultivated in India and Burma. Leaves usually are tripinnate, rachis slender, thickened and articulated at the base; leaflets elliptic or obovate, rounded at the apex, nerves obscure. Flowers white in large puberulous axillary panicles.
